Shipping & Delivery

Jewellery is handmade and therefore slight changes to photographs may occur. Jewellery can also take up to 4 weeks to be made and dispatched.
Gemstones may also vary in weight, colour, shade distribution, etc
Please do take care in ordering correct sizes, any adjustments made may be subject to additional charges.
Jewellery is sent by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, it is next day delivery and insured. Orders will be posted in Royal Mail packaging.

Your Order

Shortly after you have placed an order with us, an “order confirmation” email will be sent directly to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. Emails may be sent to your junk mail and therefore should be checked. Should you not receive an acknowledgement within 3 business days, please contact at lora@loraleedham.co.uk.

Jewellery by Lora Leedham must receive payment in full for your order before it can be dispatched. Once your payment or deposit has been authorised, work can commence.

All finiancial information taken from Jewellery by Lora Leedham customers are not stored in any way. We take reasonable care to make our website secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using secure online payment gateways that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated.

Returning or Exchanging an Order

This return or exchange procedure only applies to goods purchased from this website.
Deposits are non-refundable unless pre arranged with Jewellery by Lora Leedham.

Returns must be sent to Jewellery by Lora Leedham, Studio 6, 23-24 Warstone Lane, Jewellery Quarter, Hockley, Birmingham, B18 6JQ.

Please be aware that the return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
